layang-layang aku sesat di awanan

atau sudah putus tak akan kembali 

jatuh di paksi bumi yang lain?

moga kerangkamu terus kukuh meliuk di udara

tak terpatah riuk ketika jatuh.

dan sejujurnya,

aku harap kamu tak jatuh 

cuma tersangkut di tempat tinggi

menunggu masa dijumpai aku kembali.

selfish

we human
are selfish bastards.

we drive fast to get to places
yet we put other lives to danger
we take other's happiness away
because we think that we are not happy
we want what we want
we do what we want
we speak our mind
we put words into other people's mouth
we make rubbish
we abandon our child
get naked just to take pictures
in public places
when others fear it would make their ancestor's spirit angry
we fight, we fight we fight for what we think is right
and yet there are so many poor people trying hard to make a living.
we think that other people will make us happy,
when the real truth is we are the one responsible of our own.


why are we so selfish?
